Telephone Coaching 1:1

I am now able to offer a telephone coaching service to you if you need help with any aspect of your own investing.

Whether you have yet to take the ‘plunge’ and buy your first property, or whether you have a portfolio already and require extra support from someone who knows what they are doing, then my coaching sessions could be just the help you need.

The sessions are tailored to your own specific requirements, depending on what assistance you need. I have coaching clients who need alot of ‘hand holding’ and some who just need to talk through a specific deal they are working on.

Let’s face it, it can be very daunting on your own. There are so many ways that you can structure a deal and knowing the best way is sometimes not easy. I have seen so many people buy properties that they really shouldn’t have because they just didn’t take into account all the factors affecting the investment. Many have been left with ‘money pits’ because the properties do not cash flow.

Cash Flow really is KING and, unless you have done your sums properly, you could end up funding a property from your own pocket. No one wants to be in that position do they?

The key to your investing is to take continuous ACTION. I see so many people who have all good intentions after attending a seminar and who are all ‘pumped up’ to get out there and buy property. However, as soon as they come up against a hurdle or face a challenge, many people don’t know how to overcome it, and unfortunately ‘give up’

Having a coach/mentor who can guide and support you whenever YOU need it, is extremely motivating and gives you accountability for taking actions and steps to follow through.

Whether you need support with Lease Options and other creative strategies, BMV, No money down etc, then I am here to give you a  personal 1:1 service so that you can realise your investing goals.

You can book an appointment with me online from 30 mintues up to 4 hours if that is what you require. You can also make a block booking of 6 x 1 hour appointments and only pay for 5.
